DIGITAL SMILE PLANNING (DSD)

Digital Smile Planning, also known as DSD (Digital Smile Design), is a treatment planning method that makes the treatment process engaging and participatory for the patient. Using photographs, video, X-rays, and intraoral digital scanning, a digital avatar of the patient is created. This allows both the current state of the patient’s smile and the final result to be visualized in a realistic way. Each treatment procedure is discussed thoroughly, and a treatment plan is created based on the patient’s individual needs and goals.
